SUCCOTASH 
1 c. dried uncooked lima beans or
2 c. fresh lima beans
6 sm. ears corn
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Cook dried lima beans in 6 cups of water for 2 1/2 hours. (Fresh limas require 1/2 hour in just enough water to cover.) Boil corn 20 minutes and cut from cob. Melt butter. Combine vegetables and seasonings; reheat before serving. A little milk may be added of divided. Serves 6.
