SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
Cream together:

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar

Sift:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Add:

1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (can substitute Scramblers or Egg-beaters)
8 oz. sour cream (can substitute plain yogurt)

CINNAMON MIXTURE:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

Powdered sugar
Hot water
Vanilla

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Put 1/2 of batter mix in pan then sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon mixture over batter. Add remaining batter, top with rest of cinnamon mixture, plus 1/4 cup chopped nuts if desired. After baked drizzle with frosting.
