CHOCOLATE ROCKS 
COOKIES:

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sweet milk
4 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in hot water
12 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. flour

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
Hot water to mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, butter and eggs. Blend in milk, oil, vanilla and soda. Add cocoa and flour; mix well. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake about 6 to 8 minutes. Cool and frost.
