FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 (12 oz.) box fettucini
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. whipping cream, room temp.
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook fettucini. Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing. Add butter, whipping cream, grated cheese and parsley; toss until fettucini is well coated. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
