FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1/2 lb. spinach or egg noodles
8 tbsp. butter, melted and hot
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper

Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil added, until just tender. Drain and toss the noodles immediately with the hot butter, cheese and pepper. Serve immediately on hot plates.
