PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 c. pancake mix
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x5" or 8"x4" loaf pan. (Lightly spoon pancake mix into measuring cup; level off.) In a large bowl, blend all ingredients except walnuts. Beat three minutes at medium speed.

Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan to cool. 1 loaf.
