BREADED PORK TENDERLOIN | |
4-6 pork tenderloins 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. flour 1 c. cracker meal 1 egg 2 c. milk Combine egg with milk and beat. Dip tenderloin in milk and roll in flour. Dip again and roll in cracker meal. Fry in deep hot fat (375 degrees) until golden brown. Drain on absorbent towel. Baste with butter and season to taste. |
