APPLE CRISP 
5 c. cooking apples (cored, peeled & sliced), about 3-4 c.
1/4 c. butter
1 c. cinnamon
1 c. raisin granola cereal
1/4 c. brown sugar

Arrange apples in 9 inch round glass pie plate, soften butter. Combine cereal and brown sugar with butter and sprinkle on top of apples. Cook until apples are tender. Serve with milk or light cream poured over individual servings. Serves 4.
