3 lbs. white button mushrooms
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced

Blanche mushrooms in boiling water for 1 minute. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Add mushrooms and boil 2 minutes longer. Pack in jars.
