ARTICHOKE MUNCHIES | |
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 4 beaten eggs 1 c. fine bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. oregano 2 tbsp. parsley 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 sm. can minced black olives Strain artichokes. Chop, put in skillet with garlic, onions and saute in 1 tablespoon butter. Put beaten eggs with sauteed mixture in 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Add seasonings. Add bread crumbs and olives. Add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
