NUTTY LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. cold milk
2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 3 ingredients for crust and pat down in bottom of 9"x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix next 3 ingredients and spread over crust. Chill.

Prepare pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
