NOT IMPOSSIBLE BACON PIE 
12 slices bacon, cooked crisp, then crumbled
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. baking mix
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Parsley flakes topping

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie plate. Put milk, eggs, baking mix, salt, and pepper into blender for 15 seconds on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle parsley flakes over top of mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
