BANANA BREAD OR MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1/2 c. sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 lg. bananas, mashed
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar

Combine mix, sugar, melted butter and baking soda. Add combined bananas, walnuts, eggs, and milk. Blend thoroughly. Grease pan. Bake in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

For muffins: Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Makes 12.
