BAKED CARROTS & APPLES 
2 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. sugar
5 apples, peeled & thinly sliced
2 c. carrots, sliced & cooked
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. orange juice

In casserole dish layer apples and carrots. Sprinkle with flour and sugar. Dot with butter and pour orange juice over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
