CHOPSTICK CHICKEN 
2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 can water
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. salted cashews or almonds
1/4 c. onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mandarin oranges

Combine together all but oranges and 1/2 of noodles. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles around edges and place drained oranges in center. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.
