FRESH PEACH PIE 
3 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt

Slice peaches, sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar; allow to stand 1 hour. Drain remaining juice to the peach juice and orange juice to make 1 1/4 cup. Mix juice with cornstarch; cook slow stirring continually until thick. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from the stove. Add butter mix with sliced peaches. Put in pie shell, top with cream.
