CHEESE SURPRISE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. biscuit mix
2 sm. can green chilies (drained)

Grate cheese in pan in alternate layers of cheese. Mix eggs and milk in bowl. Add biscuit mix and chilies. Pour mixture over cheese layers.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
