APPLE RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD 
3 oz. raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. raw or partly thawed raspberries
3/4 c. applesauce
1/4 c. sliced almonds

TOPPING:

1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine Jello and boiling water; cool. Add berries, applesauce and nuts. Chill until set. Top with the topping mixture. Refrigerate.
