2 c. turnip
3 tsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt

Cook turnip; mash and mix all ingredients. Pour in greased baking dish. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
