1 (15 oz.) can whole corn 1 (15 oz.) can peas 1 (15 oz.) can carrots 1 (15 oz.) can lima beans 1 (15 oz.) can fresh cut green beans 1 jar pimientos 1 med. onion, chopped fine DRESSING: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. corn oil Salt & pepper Drain all vegetables well in a bowl with a tight lid, mix everything together, let set 24 hours before serving. Stays good for 3 weeks. |
