BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Flour tortillas
Cheddar cheese and/or Monterey Jack cheese

Saute meat with salt, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder, and chopped onion. Drain. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Tear up tortillas and line bottom and sides of dish. Mix beans, tomatoes, and meat together. Place a layer on top of tortillas. Add a layer of cheese. Add a layer of tortillas, then meat mixture, then cheese again. Top with tortillas, then cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
