1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix everything together until creamy and smooth. Cut cored apples up in slices. Leave skin on apples. Then dip apples in cream cheese mixture. Also great with pears.
