CHICKEN SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp. ground fennel
Dash of salt and pepper
Pinch of dried red pepper flakes
Parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tbsp. water

Mix in food processor until well blended and chicken is well ground. Make into 4 (4 oz.) patties. Cook in a non-stick pan until brown. 1 sausage = 200 calories.
