PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 can crushed pineapple (with juice) (1 lb. 4 oz. can)
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Mix above ingredients and bake in large casserole dish at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Melt 1 stick pure butter in fry pan. Cube 10 slices bread (crusts removed) and brown in butter. Add bread cubes to pineapple mixture and mix well. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
