PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
4 slices bread, cubed
1 stick (less) butter

Beat sugar, flour and eggs. Add pineapple (do not drain). Pour into a buttered casserole. Melt butter in a pan and add bread cubes until bread is soaked in butter and spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
