PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. butter
2 pieces white toast, diced
1 c. brown sugar
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

In 1 quart casserole, melt butter. Add toast, pineapple and brown sugar and blend well. Top with cinnamon and sugar and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degree oven until thick and syrupy. Good as relish or side dish with corned beef, ham, etc.
