CRANBERRY - PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope (1 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine cranberries and sugar, refrigerate overnight. Dissolve lemon flavored gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water, stir in salt and allow to cool. Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Combine all ingredients. Pour in a 4 cup mold. Chill until firm. Makes 8 servings.
