ROLLUPS 
4 10 in. flour tortillas
1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
1 zucchini chopped
1 onion chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Layer flour tortillas on a baking sheet. Layer turkey, zucchini, onion, and cheese. Roll up and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Slice into wedges and serve.
