CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. cranberries
1 orange
1 c. honey

Wash berries and orange and remove all blemishes. Peel orange, remove white pith from the peel and pulp. Through the grinder, put pulp, berries and orange peel. Place in sterilized jar and pour the honey over. Stir to blend. Let stand 24 hours to jell.

Note: Relish may be varied by adding apple or small can of grated pineapple from which the juice has been well drained.
