LENTIL SOUP 
1 bag lentils
3 lbs. potatoes
5 carrots
Celery heart
2 bay leaves
Salt, pepper, garlic, Maggie (all to taste)
1-2 lb. Boston Butt or sausage

Place all ingredients in large kettle, bring to a boil, simmer for 2 hours. Stir frequently to avoid burning on bottom. Add vinegar to each bowl as preferred.
