CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & diced (deboned)
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 #2 can tomatoes
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Put deboned chicken and cooked spaghetti in ovenproof casserole dish. Add onion and pepper which have been sauteed in 1/3 cup shortening. Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes and cheese. Mix gently together. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be prepared a day ahead. Can be frozen.
