PISTACHIO DESSERT 
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2/3 c. butter
1 roll (38) Ritz or Townhouse crackers

Mix butter and crushed crackers together. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Mix pudding and milk, add softened ice cream 1 cup at a time. Spread over crust and freeze. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
