MIMI'S SCOTCHEROOS | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. Karo syrup 1 c. peanut butter 6 c. Rice Krispies 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. butterscotch chips Bring Karo and sugar to a boil in saucepan. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until melted. Pour into 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal. Pat into greased 9"x13" pan. Top with chocolate and butterscotch chips. Put in 300 degree oven just until chips are soft enough to spread. Enjoy! |
