HOMEMADE TACO PIZZA
2 lb. ground beef or turkey
taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
black and green olives, sliced
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded colby jack cheese
1 dozen flour taco shells

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey until completely done. Drain. Add your taco seasoning and water, cook until all water is almost gone.

Taking one taco shell, spread the refried beans on and set it off to the side. Take a second shell and do the same, then place the second shell onto a cookie sheet. Take your taco meat and layer the bottom shell. Place the first shell on top of the meat mixture and repeat, adding to this meat mixture the olives and cheeses. Repeat these steps until either all the shells are used or just to make enough for all the members in your family.

Bake in a 350°F oven just until the cheese is slightly melted. Remove and enjoy!
