CARAMEL BROWNIES 
14 individually wrapped caramels
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Melt together caramels, butter and milk. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour in 9x9 greased pan. Bake at 350, 20-25 minutes.
