3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. chopped peeled apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Grease and flour 13 x 9 cake pan. Mix at low speed first 10 ingredients. Continue for 2 minutes. Stir in apples, raisins, and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Test with toothpick.

FROSTING:

2 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
Milk, tsp. at a time

Mix together and frost cake.
