BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. diced onion

Mix all ingredients. Take skin off chicken and flour it. Put it in pan, pour 1 can of mushrooms over chicken (juice and all). Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees covered with foil.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over chicken after it has baked 1 hour. Bake uncovered 1 hour more, spooning sauce over chicken every 15 minutes. Very good.
