LEMON SQUARES 
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix above ingredients to form crumbly pastry. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

3 eggs, beaten with fork
1 1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
Juice of 2 lemons

Add granulated sugar to beaten eggs. Add juice of lemons. Mix and pour over baked pastry. Bake another 20 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and cut into squares.
