BLOND BROWNIES 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. butter
1 (2 1/4 c.) box brown sugar
3 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 glass dish.

Mix and sift together in a small bowl: 2 3/4 cup flour and the baking powder.

Melt the 2/3 cup butter. Pour into a large bowl. Add the brown sugar and eggs. Mix well.

Add the dry ingredients. The batter will be stiff. When well mixed, add the chips and fold in. Using a rubber spatula, spread the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
