CHINESE SESAME COOKIES 
7 c. flour, sifted
4 c. solid shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tbsp. instant milk
3 tsp. baking soda
6 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. water
2 eggs
2 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix everything together with hands. Roll dough in 1" balls. Flatten slightly and roll in sesame seeds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 2" apart for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
