CHICKEN AND FETTUCINI 
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch strips
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. mushrooms
2 oz. Proscuitti ham, in strips
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare Fettucini according to package directions. Meanwhile in deep 12 inch skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned. Using slotted spoon, remove chicken to plate; keep warm. To drippings in skillet, add peppers and garlic; cook 5 minutes until peppers are crisp-tender. Add mushrooms and ham; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cream; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes, stirring to blend. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

To serve: Drain pasta; stir into vegetables in skillet along with chicken.
