LINGUINI & BROCCOLI 
Fresh broccoli
1 lb. linguini
Garlic cloves
Olive oil
Additional: chicken cutlets (boneless), sliced thin

One cup of olive oil - put about 4 garlic cloves (peeled and ends cut) in oil. Let sit about 2 to 3 hours. Boil fresh broccoli about 1/2 hour. Cook linguini as directed on box. When linguini is done, drain and mix oil with garlic cloves, broccoli and 1 cup of water used to cook the broccoli in all together. If desired - use 1/2 cup extra oil with garlic cloves and fry thin pieces of chicken while linguini is cooking.
