BOLOGNA 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. water (mix well with meat)
2 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt
1 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Mix well. Make in rolls. Wrap in Saran Wrap, refrigerate 24 hours. Remove paper, put rolls on cooking rack in pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
