BAKED TOMATOES 
Allow 1 medium to large tomato per person. Cut in half. Place in buttered casserole. Top with following ingredients in order given. Sprinkle each tomato with sugar, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. Fine cracker crumbs may be added, if you like. Bake at 350 degrees until tomatoes are tender.
