6 potatoes
1 stick butter
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Boil potatoes with jackets on. Cool and peel. In a baking dish, heat butter, onion powder and parsley flakes. Add potatoes. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn once to coat potatoes.
