PARSLEYED MAYONNAISE POTATOES 
Boiled potatoes
butter to taste
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Dried parsleyed flakes (or fresh if preferred)

1. Boil potatoes; drain and cut into medium sized pieces.

2. Add butter and toss with salt and pepper.

3. Add mayonnaise until moist, careful not to "mash" potatoes, lightly toss.

4. Sprinkle in parsley and Parmesan cheese.

5. Delicious quick side dish, for a different taste!
