JEAN'S GORTON 
1 pkg. frozen onions, chopped
1 fresh pork shoulder, ground (save the skin and bone)
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Sprinkle of garlic powder

Put all ingredients together in large pan. Cover meat, skin and bones, with water (about 3 inches from top). Simmer and cook, stirring occasionally until you can cut a path with the spoon and see the bottom of the pan (about 3-4 hours). Remove leftover skin and bones. Ladle into bowl; put in refrigerator.
