CANDIED PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. water
1 egg white

Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon together and set aside. Whisk egg white and water together until foamy. Then coat pecans with egg white mixture, then coat with sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake 300 degrees for 45 minutes. NOTE: Turn every 15 minutes. Place wax paper to cool.
