ANISETTE COOKIES 
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. almond extract

Mix flour, baking powder and sugar. Add Crisco, cream and mix well. Beat eggs and almond extract in a small bowl. Add to flour mixture and beat well. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

FROSTING:

Combine 1 box of confectioners' sugar, milk (a small amount) and 2 teaspoons of anise flavor. Frost cookies after they cool.
