BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
8 oz. water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. oil
1 c. ketchup
10-12 oz. jar currant jelly

Combine meat, water chestnuts, oats, milk, eggs and dry seasoning. Form into small balls. Fry in oil until lightly brown. Drain fat. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Combine ketchup and jelly and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn meatballs every 15 minutes.
